Work From Home Advice Everywhere!
It seems that no matter were you are on the internet; rather you’re on a movie review site or a hotdog maker site; you’re bound to run into a blurb similar to this : ‘How To Make Money From Home Without Investment’ or ‘Work From Home Jobs For Mums’
There are Work From Home Scams Watch Out For Them
The people that click on ‘Work From Home Jobs For Mums click on them for various reasons, but some of these ‘opportunities’ are scams designed to pray on people.
This site earnawayyourdebt.com is dedicated to helping you Earn, Make and Save Money online and an easy way to save money is to avoid scams.
To help save you time, money & the heartache of being scammed I have a Top 5 List below to help you avoid being scammed.
I will also include information on How To Report A Work From Home Scam.
Top 5 Tips To Avoid Work From Home Scams
Tip 1: Seek Council From Friends & Family
If you come across any Work From Home opportunity tell your friends and family about it. They may say ‘It’s just a scam.’ , ‘I would look into it further.’ , ‘I’ll looking into it for you.’ , or ‘I looked into that it’s a scam. Here’s a site that talks about it.”.
Whatever they say the important thing is to get advice from people. It is better to admit ‘At least I asked.’ then ‘I wished I would have asked.’.
Tip 2: Avoid ‘Opportunities’ that Claim Unrealistic Income Possibilities
If these ‘opportunities’ say “Make $5,000 a day working from home” or “I made $1,000 my first day.”, take my advice: IT’S A SCAM! Scammers use unrealistic numbers to lure vulnerable people into giving up their information, time and money.
Realistically if you work hard for a legit company you could make either of those figures in a month. However that is after you put in work, dedication and patience and even then it’s not a absolute.
Tip 3: Look For Logos Indicating Endorsements From Trusted Agencies
This is something that scammers won’t have because it would expose their activities. Real legit sites would love not only to have these endorsements, they seek them out. Look for endorsements from the following trusted and verified agencies:
- U.S. Chamber Of Commerce
- Better Business Bureau
Not all legit sites will have these, however if you come across a ‘Work From Home’ Site that does, it is good sign to continue looking into that site and company.
Tip 4: Google That Bitch!
If you come across a great ‘Work From Home’ opportunity the best thing you can do is immediately google that bitch! This is by far the best way to find out if it’s legit or a scam. If you type the opportunity into google and it has multiple reviews from multiple sites this is a good sign. Write down how many sites have reviews on this product then do #5.
Tip 5: Read Reviews From Independent Sites
Once you’ve done #4 go to each of those sites and read the reviews regarding this product. When reading the reviews look for information relating to cost, verification from outside sources, and contact information of this independent site.
Once you’ve read the review send an email asking the site is owned or managed by that company you are reviewing. Also ask if they are paid to say to do these reviews.
Read Reviews On This Site
This site qualifies as an ‘independent site’ and here you can get information on a long list of confirmed scams and best of all you can learn where to report a scam. Knowing what scams are out there and where to report them are very important pieces of information to know.
